MY TAXES
Eventually Every Dollar Gets Spent
A man works his whole life paying income tax, property tax, sales tax, sin tax, gas tax, this tax, that tax...etc. Pays off his mortgage & thinks he owns his home until he retires on SSI benefits. Can not afford his property taxes-the tax man come-ith and the tax man take-ith away.
Why collect taxes through thousands of laws & hundreds of millions of tax payers that have to be documented, when you can much easier collect from a few million retailers & wholesalers.
A straight consumption tax would; cost less to implement, make the rich pay more taxes, make criminals pay taxes, make corporations want to come home to manufacture product here again.
Eventually, every dollar gets spent & now everyone pays their fair share.
Bank Robbers, drug dealers,congressman (who keep theirs in the freezer),senators, prostitutes, you buy something- you pay taxes.
A poor family buys food & clothing and they pay a small tax. A millionaire buys a Rolex-he pays a big tax.
A drug dealer buys gold jewelry- he pays tax, a prostitute buys condoms-she or he pays tax. All of our registers are computerized these days, The money goes straight to the government. Monies are returned to communities based on the amount they contribute.
